Welcome to Fateh Travels. By booking or using our taxi services through our website (fatehtravels.in) or via our official contact numbers, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Information
Fateh Travels - a registered taxi service operating since 1995, based at Shop No. 427, Bhai Himmat Singh Nagar, Dugri, Ludhiana – 141013, Punjab - provides taxi booking services for One-Way Trips, Round Trips, Local Rides, and Outstation Travel.
- Official Booking Numbers: +91 98150 18737 and +91 98767 53455
- All bookings must be made through these numbers or our website.
- We do not accept bookings made through unofficial numbers or third-party referrals.
Official Communication & Booking Validity
- Only bookings made through our website or official numbers are valid.
- The company is not responsible for any fraud or mishap if a driver shares a personal number for booking or payment.
- Customers must avoid making payments to any numbers not listed on the website.
Vehicle Availability & Car Type Policy
- Customers can choose a car type / category, not a specific car model.
- The company will provide any available vehicle from the selected category.
Categories and example models:
- Sedan: Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Toyota Etios, Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura, or similar.
- MUV / 6-Seater: Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, or similar.
- Premium SUV / 7-Seater: Toyota Innova Crysta, Toyota Innova Hycross, or similar.
- Tempo Traveller / Van: Force Urbania, or similar.
Reporting Time & Waiting Time
- The trip time begins only after the taxi arrives at your pickup location.
- A waiting time of 30 minutes is allowed at pickup.
- After 30 minutes, waiting charges will be applicable as per company policy.
Airport Pickup & Delays
- Airport pickup includes a 6-minute grace period only.
- If the customer delays beyond that, airport authorities may charge extra - to be paid by the customer.
- Any delay due to late flights or customer unavailability is not the company's responsibility.
Vehicle Breakdown or Unforeseen Delays
- In case of breakdown or unavoidable delay, the company will try to arrange an alternative vehicle (subject to availability).
- Fateh Travels is not liable for any financial losses such as:
- Missed flights
- Hotel booking delays
- Event delays or consequences
Luggage Responsibility
- Customers are fully responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
- The company and drivers are not liable for lost or damaged items.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellation within 4 hours -> 50% cancellation charges apply.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per company policy on the cancellation date.
Safety & Conduct
- Customers must follow basic safety guidelines during the ride.
- Misconduct with the driver or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the ride.
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per the rate confirmed at the time of booking.
- Quoted fares are inclusive of Toll Tax and State Tax.
- Parking charges are extra and payable by the customer - including Delhi Airport parking if the vehicle stays beyond the allowed free time, and applicable Railway Station parking, paid as actual.
- Any other charges not explicitly included (e.g. night-halt charges, additional kilometres beyond the agreed trip, special-route permit fees) will be informed at the time of booking and are payable by the customer.
Amendments to Terms
Fateh Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and will be effective immediately.
